Don’t Worry, Look at the Birds!

Welcome to my bird site. Be blessed as you browse through these photos and stories.

I am so grateful that even in this crazy world, there are some things that never change.

Just spend some time with God’s creation and you will see! The birds are still singing, and doing what birds do. (Though sadly some species are threatened and endangered.) However, Jesus told us not to be anxious, but look at the birds.

“Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?… Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow…” (Matthew 6:26-27,34)

So I find watching birds is a delightful distraction from whatever else is going on in the world. And this made me think that I should make this bird blog. I have a goal to take photos of as many bird species as I can.

I sure hope you enjoy it like I do.
